Probably a New Model but not sure. I got one of the New Model Lightweight Single-Six frames from him as well, and also a NM Lightweight Blackhawk as cast frame.
Not sure how different the NM frame would be from the OM maybe other than differences in production quality.

Yes, Jim was a regular at all the area shows. I think he came to Tulsa a couple times as well. I had one of those at one time... lost in a fire about 20 years ago.

Glad you got it!! Many years into the future from now, would be tough to go back and find that "unicorn".
There were as many made of these as the SC4.
I wonder if Ruger was responsible for those wood grip panels as well?
