Re: Additional Shadow box for the NRA display

That is a different level of cool!
And I agree, red would look great. (In my opinion of course)

Re: Early Red Eagle recoil spring Question

Ok, firstly, I just saw this post, so don’t beat me up for a late comment! I have several red eagles (14) and many standards, mk1’s etc… and I have never noticed the guide rod not being captured except for the few early ones I have without the support, so my curiosity was piqued! First I looked in m...

Re: ROCS at Huntsville, 3-4 Jan 2026 CANCELLED

Well crap! This was going to be my first show to meet some of you folks in person!
In the future, might I suggest the Hoover met or the Pelham civic complex? (Both just south of Birmingham in nice areas with plenty of lodging! )
I’m sure they would LOVE to have y’all!

Re: “S” marked MKI/II/III

I’m so sorry for the waaaay late reply.
The “over roll” as I was told it was known as, has the stamping on the right side of the receiver stamped upside down over the stamping on the left.
Kinda like a coin with a double die stamp.
I’ve heard it also called a double roll.

“S” marked MKI/II/III

Now that I’ve accumulated most of the “collectible” guns in the MK series, I’m running out of things to buy! What I don’t have is a seconds or “S” marked gun. If anyone has one that they would be willing to part with, let me know. I don’t know if it’ll be in my budget, since I’ve never seen one for ...

Re: Which first pistol?

I’ll second the 22/45
I have representations of ALL of the MK’s, but
I shoot my 22/45 lite more than any of ‘em!
Unlimited parts, optics ready (with the rail), interchangeable
Grips, and all sorts of colors!
AND, threaded, so suppressor ready!

Early magazines

To start with, these are not for sale. I picked these up from another collector, and I am now their current Caretaker. They are original, unplated with boxes! They appear unused. I didn’t purchase them to complete a certain gun, but I would be curious to know more about these. To be honest, I wish I...

Looking for a MKII “GREAT EIGHT”. (Not the 22/45 version)
Prefer new or excellent condition with box, papers etc…
