not an expert, but what I have seen is that the 22LR cylinders are fluted and the 22 mags are not.

there were 1000 made in the grade II configuration with the presentation case. one just sold on GB for a bit over $2000..to me that is a tad high though...

not so sure on the info you will get, lately all they have been telling you is caliber, barrel length and light or medium weight. not so long ago I bought a bbb from rowdy which he supplied me with the ruger letter which he got years ago. his letter stated it was shipped with target blocks an no sig...
