Re: RMEF 2007 No.1 in .338 Win Mag

I have been hunting elk in Utah for 30 years, never with anything but a 30-06. This winter I picked up an M77 Hawkeye FTW Hunter in 7PRC for a little more reach. This is my first "magnum" gun, and other than a couple of .450 Bushmasters and a .44 lever gun, the only rifle I have bigger tha...

Found them on Yelp. Doesn't look like they have a website.

Re: POULINS AUCTIONS - large number of Old Models.

Re: Old Model Single Six, Flat Loading Gate

I think we've all disassembled/reassembled the OM's enough to make some educated guesses.

Loosen the grip frame screws (about 1/2 way) to get the main spring where you need it, then tighten them back up.

What other issues have people ran into putting them back together?

Re: JULY 15th 1983

Great story and Ruger history. This would be an interesting article for the Digest with a good group of pictures. You have your assignment so better get busy. 😉😎 FT44 Chop Chop @Jaydawg! I've done a couple, and will do more. YOU @t.hinckley are up next..... :) I'm not a "collector", I'm a...

Re: How do we improve the ROCS forum?

I'm back lurking after a break-other interests took my attention for a while. Still little traffic on site, same guys as always mostly posting stuff. I'm not really a serious collection so maybe can't appreciate some of the things most of you are discussing. Can't offer any suggestions to help with...

I've gotten too used to ignoring minor inconveniences. If the ad generates any money for the site and does not jump in your face? Let it be.
