Not sure if it's the same one, but last year at Tulsa, there was a guy with MANY miniatures. I saw a Hawkeye and a flattop, Plus many other manufacturers guns, but he wanted almost as much as the actual gun was worth....so I passed.

A 10-22 with shot shells are more accurate, I just can't remember if they cycled the action.

That's neat. What makes it a second? Something in the bluing or finish is not up to Ruger standards, but the gun functions properly and is safe, so it gets the "S" stamp to signify it is a second. The lightweight "S" guns actually shipped almost 10 years (1966) after they stoppe...
