Re: Found a 2 strangers wandering.....
RR, sorry that I missed your visitors? Diana and I are still busy preparing for our big move by the end of July? We still have painters plumbers, electricians and flooring contractors in the house! I hope that my wife lets me come to the Springfield OGCA show in August? I swear this is the last new ...

Re: 1952 and 1956 (catalog I think)
Troy, I have them and will loan to you. I think the Lightweights were first introduced in 1956, the same year as the .44 Flat Tops? There are two versions of the 1956 catalogs, one for each of these two "new" revolvers. Brass Frame/Lee All my Ruger catalogs are currently packed up, ready f...

Re: Sold- Framed Ruger Adds
Troy, Your display of Ruger Ads looks great! As a new collector of all Rugers in the late 1970s, I came across a full collection of the American Rifleman magazines from 1945 through 1975. I spent time removing the rusty staples and removing all the Ruger Ads. I now have them in page protectors in la...

Re: Sad news - a ROCS member has passed
Gene attended several OGCA display shows as a beginning ROCS member. He had retired and started a beef cattle farm.
He was a genuine military veteran who loved his country and working on his farm. I will miss comparing farming practices with you my friend. RIP Gene. Brass Frame/Lee E

You need to purchase the book written by Joe Clayton on Number 1 rifles. As said many times before on this forum, "Buy the Books"

Re: This is why I shoot Rigers
Tom, I experienced a similar mishap with an Old Model .45 Colt shooting someone else' reloads! The cylinder split and became stuck in the cylinder frame while my neighbor watched! I was glad that i was wearing ear plugs, ear muffs and shooting glasses. The BKH-44 dual cylinder was saved, but the cyl...
