Looks like all you need is the Safety Link and Safety Button. As far as I know these two items stayed the same through the Tang-Safety generation. The attached pic is from a 1971 flatbolt.

It's a Keychain, I have a couple of them, can't remember where I got them. I also have another version that's a little smaller with both Prescott and Newport and steel and titanium on it. For whatever reason it's not allowing me to attach pics at the moment, I'll see if I can add them later.
