Re: ROCS at Huntsville, 3-4 Jan 2026

Anyone else going to the Huntsville show - either as a displayer or just as a visitor? If you are going to display PLEASE send me and/or Bill Hamm your display write up (in WORD Format) and if entering a ROCS/NRA Silver Medal firearm let me know so I can get the judging sheets completed. I know it's...

Re: Any Redhawk 8 shot .357 Owners here

Already got an answer on the other forum. This model is cut for moon clips. There were suppose to be 3 sent with the gun but I received none. So...I'll call Ruger CS back and tell them I screwed up and ask them to forgive me and ask if they could send me a couple moon clips. I called Ruger CS and ta...

Any Redhawk 8 shot .357 Owners here

Have a question for any owners of a Redhawk 8 shot .357. I got a new one and the machining of the rear of the cylinder just doesn't look correct to me. Would like someone to take a picture of theirs to compare mine to. Here is what mine looks like: IMG_0740.JPG IMG_0742.JPG Notice the cartridge head...

Re: 357 Mag Blackhawk Boxes

UPDATE: Well, I have a 4 5/8" .357 Magnum Flattop box and very early instruction manuals on the way so I'm just looking for a BN-34 box now. Thanks to all that helped me start down the Ruger SA rabbit hole :D I think I have some pretty nice collector pieces now. I got a BKH-44 4 5/8" .45 C...

Re: ROCS at Huntsville, 3-4 Jan 2026

Folks, Less than a month until the Huntsville show - If you plan on displaying at the show, PLEASE get your show write up to either Bill or I as soon as you can. If you are going to enter a firearm for the NRA Silver Medal judging, I need to at least know what it is and the date it was produced so I...

Re: 357 Mag Blackhawk Boxes

Found a BN-36 box in my collection (it was buried) so I edited my post to narrow it to a 4 5/8 Flat Top box and manual and a BN-34 box. The BN-36 box was one of the gray plastic boxes and the manual in it was labeled MRN, KMRN & BMRN/8-99 R3.

357 Mag Blackhawk Boxes

I'm looking for several boxes and instruction manuals to go with some Rugers I own and display. They don't have to be 100% perfect I just want/need them for several Rugers that I use in displays so people can see the different boxes/manuals that were used when they were made. Good end labels are alw...
