Re: JUST OVER 200 RUGERS AT POULIN'S JUNE AUCTION !!
I agree Bill, I looked it over and was amazed at one, the number of Rugers and two, the number of consecutive s/n pairs being offered and then number of rifles. I probably will go back and look it over a couple more times to look at them closer (even with the lack of DA's :D ). You never know what y...

Re: ROCS/OGCA Show 2024
Tyrone, I'd be more than glad to have you on my judging team, welcome aboard, you're the first volunteer.
Only 2 or 3 more needed. Don't be afraid folks, it's really not that hard and as you judge, you might see things that you might not have thought about when putting you own display together.

ROCS/OGCA Show 2024
2024 ROCS/OGCA Show/Meeting July 12 (set up), 13, 14 2024 The ROCS/OGCA show is fast approaching. This is a fantastic show and we would love to see a whole bunch of Ruger displays. We are always treated exceptionally well by the Directors of the OGCA and the OGCA members (and their guests) who come ...

Re: Filled a hole
I agree with that premise, and as you stated none have shown up yet whereas at least a couple 6" stainless low backs have. I wonder if somewhere in the deep recesses of Ruger there are a few low back fixed sight stainless frames (prototypes?) gathering dust because the old timers are gone and n...

Re: Filled a hole
Bennett,
Yes, it will come with the correct box. My 4" also has the correct red/white box so they match up well. Maybe a future display

Filled a hole
Yesterday I filled a hole in my Six series collection. Got a low back (150- s/n) Security Six, .357 Mag, 2 3/4" barrel Stainless Steel . I have a 4", now need a 6". Now on to see if they made any stainless fixed sight (now called the Police Service Six or Service Six) in 2 3/4" a...

Re: Found a nice New Model Ruger Blackhawk.
Good for you Bruce, nice find and what a great first Ruger centerfire revolver and I would consider that a good price, especially for an anniversary model. Good things happen to people who wait.

Re: RDA-86 Odd Duck
I've got one also, mines 150-38364 produced in March 1973. Cleaning it up won't hurt a bit Hittman. Another way to clean up the sides of the hammer and trigger is with a dremel with an abrasive buffing wheel.
