Well, don't want to seem to being snide but the RCA certificate completely describes it. Other than saying it was a military contract with Ruger to supply both Speed Sixes and Police Service Sixes (which may be marked just Service Six) inboth 2 3/4" and 4" barrels. These were issued to air...

Belated thank you Terry. I just checked mine and all 3 have the exact same style pocket clip. I won't carry either of the ones that are engraved 1st Production Run but maybe I'll put the other one in the carry rotation.
