I have two 30 caliber Blackhawk three screws one is a four digit that clearly has the Ruger logo and caliber above the trigger housing on the other one it’s completely blank it is definitely a 30 caliber, but there is no caliber marking whatsoever anywhere on the gun, much less where it supposed to...

May 15, 1953 puts some perspective on how early the Prototype Amber engraved gun was completed by Agee... I suppose by May 1953 the letter prototype Single-Sixes had been completed as well.
