Re: M77 with modified stock

Yeah me neither, but it certainly didn't keep me from grabbing it. You normally see that good of wood on earlier models, kinda surprised me that it wasn't older.

M77 with modified stock

I purchased a M77 in 300 Win. Mag made in 1988 a few years back at an auction that appears to have been modified by a previous owner. The forearm end has been cut at an angle. Has anyone seen this done to one before?

Moving private message from outbox to sent

How do I get a private message to send? It seems to go to outbox and stays there.
Thanks, Bennett

Re: New shoes for my SP101

The white grips really look good, what brand are they? Bill Thanks Bill, I found them on eBay - no brand, they come out of Tailand. They currently have a set for the SP101, S&W J frame and a black set for the S&W K/L frames. The seller's name is grandblue_2008. Shipping was pretty quick for...

Many thanks for the compliments Cirrhitidae, get out there and get the wind in your hair - you never know what tomorrow brings. That being said I should follow my own advice, I don't get out and run it through the gears as often as I should. If your ever in the neighborhood be a pleasure to take you...

New shoes for my SP101

I recently put some new grips on my .327 Federal SP101. They are made of resin and feel really good in the hand and with the snappy recoil of this round it's more comfortable. I've also got it's big brother, a Lipsey’s GP100 in .327 which is tamer than the shorter barreled SP. One thing for certain ...

Re: New grip frame for my Blackhawk. 41

That is what makes it beautiful and yours. Nothing nicer than making a piece what you want it to be. A lot of my stuff has been adapted into what I like. Is your 67 a 327 or 427? 396 was only in the '65 C2 I used to have a 427 67 but now I'm down to 1 Vette, a '69 convertible with the high performa...
