Re: SPANISH EYE CANDY!!
Bill,
The workmanship is exquisite, that is a fine handgun to be the caretaker of. One thing I kind of noticed, tell me if I'm wrong. It doesn't look like they did much on the barrel. mainly the fame, cylinder, ejector shroud and hammer.

Re: Box question
Terry, Here's what Chad had to say: "There are a few DA collectors that can probably collaborate on some dates....some of it is kind of a gray area for the SIX series. Serial numbers can be used for general dates...but ship dates are best to determine which type for when." So, I guess, you...

Box question
I was answering a Ruger box question on the Rugerforum.com and that got me thinking (OH NO, watch out  ). Has there been a comprehensive synopsis done on the dates that certain boxes were used by Ruger? If so, where might that info be? RCA?, RENE? I know (I think) that for the Six series boxe...

Re: ROCS MK IV
I got the case above from here: http://www.customdisplays.com/gun-display-cases.html and it cost me $50. I've bought from them in the past and really like their workmanship.
Sorry, I don't think the wife would allow these to leave the house

Re: ROCS MK IV
I think I'll need a different (larger) display box to make them look better. I might just get one that will hold both of these and my ROCS Bearcat.

Re: ROCS MK IV
UPS said mine will be in my possession tomorrow (8/9/18). It will be late afternoon as my UPS guy doesn't get here until 3:30-5:00. Can't wait, like a kid at Christmas.

Re: ROCS MK IV
Got an email today from Turnbull wanting to make sure the shipping info was good and that they will be shipping shortly. They also told me that each gun will have a Ruger letter with it so make sure you get the manila envelope with your guns, it has the letter(s) in it.
