Dave young didn't where glasses.....Kinda reminds me of Carl Mitchell.....he did where glasses, but don't remember him wearing a cowboy hat.

I have seen this photo before.... I did a bit of searching and found it.

From what I read no one answered who he was then either... Have a check for yourself though....
