Thanks Men.
I just thought it very interesting that the plum color came through after a modern re-blue, but it took over two years to do so. Kinda like the "problem" Ruger had in the beginning.
And I do like the look!!

Doing some research on another gun in John Dougans book and saw this little guy is 70 years old today!!
One of 3 that Ruger shipped December 28th 1953.
