Noticed that too, my revolver #2905 also has the HAWKEYE base.
They are extremely hard to find IMO.

Right of hand does anyone know who made them for Ruger , was it weaver ?
I have been looking for one.

Beleive the maker/supplier was Bushnell aka Bushnell Phantom scopes 8-)

yes, as Hawkeye 28 said, Bushnell made the base and Phantom scope.
But both of those were not "made for Ruger" per se.
