Ruger used to prototype Taurus Judge?

Post by hittman »

Maybe in the early 90's?

Looks like an extended Ruger style frame .... has a Ruger barrel and grip frame.

What's the group think on this?

It's marked 45 / 410 and it's NOT mine.

Somebody's custom built handgun. We had a gentleman do a display a few years ago of similar stuff he'd built. Interesting to see,, but not done by Ruger!

Did he use Ruger components?

You remember which show it was and who he was/is?

Looks like a Magnum Research BFR. Ruger does make the frames for Magnum Research!

The serial number is not in the right spot and the Minnesota address pretty much says it was done by somebody in Minnesota.
