Very early Redhawk, serial number 26.
I dont think it's been fired, and I may have to remedy that one of these days..
2 digit Redhawk
Re: 2 digit Redhawk
Mike, Great looking Redhawk, not sure if I'd shoot it. I bought (being delivered today) s/n 500-00035. I'll post once I get it and unpack everything.

Nice snag Mike, thanks for sharing. I'd have to agree with Ron, I doubt I'd shoot it, those early rarely show up.

Mike that thing is so heavy you might need one of these special holsters to make it carry easier!
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

Sweet gun!
I hate to disagree with two of the most respected men here on the forum,
BUT, I say shoot it, at least a cylinder full.
We all know WBR made guns to shoot......
Just my opinion
Cheers,
JAY

Here's the 2 digit I just got. It came with box, shipper, the original plastic bag with the logo's and the owners registration/NRA/Safety card and this letter from the RCA.
Jay, in many instances I agree with you, but sometimes pristine is best
So, 1 post gets you views of 2 great looking two digit s/n guns - how about that.

Note the red "dovetail" front sight insert.
The earliest shipped guns didn't have a red insert in the front sight blade at all. Then the early subscriber numbers were completed with the red dovetail and then Ruger redesigned the insert again to be in the shape of a "V" with rounded bottom.
