Gp in 44
Just reading on Ruger forum.com Jeff Quinn has a Gp 3in. in 44 sp. I can't wait to see the new release from Shot Show this year.

GP100 in .44 Special will be a great man stopper. The .44 Special is a fine cartridge

Re: Gp in 44
does anyone know how many gp100's have actually been made in 44 special?
Unfortunately, the model should have been discontinued in 2019 if I remember it correctly?
I was able to buy a brand new one, because I'm not only a big fan of the Ruger Revolver but also of the .44 Special.

A 3" barrel huh? I love a three inch barrel on a revolver...good portability, and still enough barrel for a decent sight radius and some muzzle velocity.
Goodnight Chesty, wherever you are.

I think a 3" barreled, .44 Special, would be a great personal defense gun.
