I can across this one years ago. I thought it had a connection to Ducks Unlimited but now I don't know why :)
Any insight on this one.
Did Ruger make any of these for any other states?

According to R.E.N.E. 500 were made for Acusport in 2002. Nice looking Laminate you have there.

that is slick! Ruger sure has made some interesting variations of a lot of different things. Even if you just pick one type of Ruger anything and try to collect every different change you can go wild doing it. I think that's why a lot of us enjoy Ruger and the ROCS which is one of the nicest bunch of people I know....
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

Thanks for sharing this special limited 10/22 with us. I missed this one back when this one was made. I do have one of the early DU guns from 86 but never found the one from 87 as I recall. Oh, the fun of the chase looking for the many different models RUGER made!
