Post 2 of 4. And now the #55 of 100 U.S.M.C. Daisy BB guns. The Chief took 100 of the 1695 Chief AJ Daisy BB guns and made these out of them. Never fired and again from Deans collection.

Post 3 of 4. Two more blocks to add to my pile. Most notably block number 39,001 dated 3/21/87.

Post 4 of 4 The evolution of the slingbow. The wooden handle slingshot was 1 of 12 used in another of Johns world record shoots inside the Red Barn. Then, it evolved into a plastic handle, a fixed frame, then folding full on slingbows. I thought the evolution of them was neat to see.

The white feather and Daisy BB gun are cool and no one deserves to own them more than you Chuck!
Good for you.
With the book I am sure many more doors will open for you with Chief collectibles.
Better spoil your wife a bunch before you take out that second on the house!! :P

Cheers,
JAY
I do not "own" these guns, I am but the next caretaker

I'm glad that you all enjoy them as I do! There are still some AJ guns that I "need" in collection. Thus far they have eluded me but that's all part of the fun of the hunt.

Here is an old post on a knife forum about one of the Chiefs knives.
Enjoy.

I'm headed to spend the weekend with The Chief. We plan to do some "instinctive" shooting with his instruction and slingbow fishing off the bridge. It should be a good time and I look forward to his coaching.
