Pre-Red Barn

Jim Triggs did this painting before the RED BARN painting. He said this painting was stolen from him. It ended up in Arizona. Posted here is the original painting and the preceding art work/sketches.

Thinking back, I think shootist Joe Bowman invested heavily in the Red Barn prints. Not sure what happened to the rather large supply of those that he had when I spoke with him several years back.

I think Chet is correct. Joe's family members might still have some of these prints.
