That's a great read, wow a target model will cost $1 more than the standard model. Thanks for letting us see this Don.

Heck I'll pay 2 bucks more! When that was written Colt and High Standard ruled the .22 pistol world. Along comes this little company with used equipment and starts to make pistols from 2 sheet metal stampings, a piece of tubing, 2 pieces of simply machined bar stock, a few die-cast parts A few small sheet metal stampings and some springs.

Fast forward to 1982, this little company has 4 offerings in their .22 pistol line, RST4, RST6, T512 and T678... Colt is out of the .22 pistol market for 5 years at this point and High Standard is having trouble staying in business. This little company then offers an even better line of .22 pistols with more variety.

Jump in the time machine and travel to the current year... Both Colt and High Standard are out of the business of .22 pistols. Colt does make some things and High Standard is just a memory.

That little company is now a multi State operation and literally slew 2 giants by making a better product for less money.
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...
