"I believe you have all of them. Thanks for sharing my friend."
A NICE bunch of patches,, but not quite all of them. Get Hank's book & you can see some others. He did an excellent job of putting together a detailed account of most of them.
I did a display many years ago called "Patches, Pins & Decals" and I still was missing a few.
And yes,, there are many "non-factory authorized" patches out there. Some are meant to look like factory,, and some are just foreign counterfeit types.
You still have an impressive bunch there.

Re: Ruger Patches
I do have Hank's book and he did a good job of putting info together on them. Other than it there's limited information out there, but that's what collecting is about. I know I can't compete with you Ty, you've got a few winners stashed in the patch door.

I do have a few that aren't shown in your pics. And sadly,, I know of at least (2) other patches that I don't have,, but the owner of them won't part with them. (prototype 1976 Liberty ones,,, different colored edges.)
But you do have a couple of very hard to get ones. The Pistols & Revolvers one, as well as the Fire Brigade one.
And,, there is also a very early patch for the RENE.

Now,, where did I store my extra patches,,,???

Re: Ruger Patches
Yeah the "Ruger News Exchange" patch is one of the elusive ones. Do you know how many were made? Perhaps Chad remembers. I don’t think you can have all of anything Ruger, if so you'd be the only collector. As you know the fun is in the hunt.

Re: Ruger Patches
This may be the earliest official brassard (patch) for Sturm, Ruger & Co. Employees attending trade shows like the annual NRA meetings would have one of these attached to their jacket,

That is a dandy !!
I like the neck feather & eye detail stitching.
Is the bulk of the stitching gold ?

The stitching is a gold thread. The back is dark cloth. Front & back are cloth, I believe over hard plastic.

This is what they were using a few years ago. I'm not sure what they (Ruger employees) have now for an ID.
