Terry not sure how many of the red ones but the black ones I think 600 were produced. I knew a guy who collected those Texaco cars and airplane die-cast models and I remember he told so many were shipped in one box at a time say 25 units and one would have a different colored box than the rest. So who is to say that the bats were shipped in 25 bats per lot and one was a red one. Just a theory on my end.
