Re: My Curio Cabinet
Very nice collection and great display, my items are scattered everywhere and are a long way from yours. Thanks for sharing.
Any day without learning is a day of backing up.

Excellent gathering! SR sure did produce tons of logoware!
I once thought Ruger belt buckles would make a good little collection - thirty variants later I keep learning there's more!!!

Mohavesam, you're dead on as it seems the memorabilia list is never-ending! I have curtailed some of my intentional hoarding of it by only intentionally seeking items produced before the hard R logo change.
Perhaps, we should make a buckle thread and see just how many variations we can come up with!

Re: My Curio Cabinet
Both your methods and the buckle catalog are great!
I'd paredown my buckle collection to only those showing a TM symbol myself!
I guess any caster can throw a noncommissioned design and call it valuable?
I stopped my S&W collecting due to seeing so many nonofficial items.

Re: My Curio Cabinet
It took me a very long time to find this item and it was in the top 10 that I've been hunting down. As with all of these ashtrays that I've ever seen it has its imperfections but I love it just the same.

Re: My Curio Cabinet
Terry, that is the most exquisite example of that ashtray that I've ever seen. Another very prominent collector told me that he had never seen one without chipping around the outer rim. Until you shared that and based on my observations he was correct. Congratulations on a very fine piece!
