There is a lower level roll up load in door that we use. We have been able to get 8:15am load in passes for displayers in the past and will hopefully be able to get them this year too. You will need to get to the show early to be able to get a decent parking place fairly close to the door. Probably be within 100 yards or so from you table. I assume that you are planning to come to Tulsa Thursday.

I wanted to come in late Thursday but the room wasn't available that night. I also can't get the dogs into boarding until Thursday afternoon. We may stay on the Fayetteville side of the state Thurs night to ease some stress and break up the drive. It's looking like a very early morning Friday departure from wherever. After driving to and from Wyandotte OK not too long ago on a whirlwind trip I know this is gonna wear me out but be completely worthwhile.
