I'm trying to do some research for a Ruger display and need some help.
I'd like to get some correspondence between Ruger and Federal cartridge, pertaining to the development of the 327 round.
Hoping someone here can point me towards a useful employee that can maybe help.
Thanks in advance,
Todd

I do not know the answer but wonder if you called customer service and explained what you are trying to do maybe they could refer you to someone.

You can also try to call Federal. There is a contact number listed on their website. You MAY have better luck than I, being what your after is not that "old" of a question. I've been trying to talk to a couple people at Federal all summer. No luck! But then again, my questions pertain to the Max and 1982. Anyone that was there then is either retired or passed. Good luck!

Not sure what information you are looking fr but check out this web site.
.327 Federal Magnum - Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.327_Federal_Magnum

The .327 Federal Magnum is a cartridge introduced by Sturm, Ruger and Federal Cartridge, intended to provide the power of a .357 Magnum in six shot, compact revolvers, whose cylinders would otherwise only hold 5 rounds.

I'll try Ruger customer service. I was just hoping with some of the great contacts our members have, someone would have a name or number of someone who could help.
As far as Federal, I only live 15 miles from Federal, and they aint no help! LOL even have employees calling in favors with absolutely no response.
I know what the 327 round is, but was hoping for some great collaboration correspondence between the 2 companies, when they developed it, to really stand out for a display.
Thanks
Todd
