Talo #1 in 22 lr.
Looks like a #1 in 22 lr is being released woundering what everyone’s thoughts are on this. Would make a great ROCS rifle for those with unlimited funds.

Update, just reading that it was a mistake on Talos end misprint in there new catalog. If that is correct I do not know but it makes more sense than a factory 22 lr.
Re: Talo #1 in 22 lr.
not going to happen............

Re: Talo #1 in 22 lr.
Jay as I understand it the bolt cycle lenth will be as long as the centerfire models. As a trainer I can see the application I guess for cheap practice.JAYDAWG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2018 8:27 pm It gets weirder.....

David,
Since I have never had any formal "training" other than a hunters safty course in the late 70's I never concidered that.
I suppose a 50 yard range with repeated use with the 22lr in this configuration would prepare someone to use
the long range calibers this gun is designed for.
For me at 15 yrs old and about 20 rounds down range with a .243 with my first shot at a bull elk 200+ yards away
my old man said "you better use this" and handed me his 7mm rem mag. Hell, I didn't even know where the saftey was,
he had to take it off for me! Took me 2 shots, but bull down. Guess my first shot was "training"
Kinda cool for folks to be able to get trained to shoot now!
Cheers,
JAY
