One of the "Alpha" Cats. A through Z, "O" was not used......."R" should have been produced in 1959.....'bout all I got. Hope this helps, Jack.

I did buy the Bearcat yesterday and it is the oldest Bearcat I have to date. No box or papers , but looks to be a sweet little pistol
