Factory Letter 1949

Just 2 weeks after the 1st Ruger pistol shipment Bill Ruger is making plans for a Target Pistol. He also mentions a problem with the 1st lot of component parts. In a rush to assemble serial number 3 pistol "hand made" parts (in some cases) were installed .
