Ruger 1 of 50 Display Box

I recently picked up this wooden display box and can't find any information on it. The cut out appears to fit a 4 5/8" Vaquero. Has anyone seen one of these or have any info on it?

Thanks Terry, much appreciated. I see the reference in R.E.N.E but couldn't find it in my yellow 2006 Catalog, what page is it on?

Ruger wouldn't have had that model listed in the catalog...it was a small special run for Cabela's only.

Thanks Chad, I guess there isn't much documentation on those special runs like that other than what you have listed in R.E.N.E., but grateful for that.
