				I knew that he made High Standards but this is the first one that I have ever seen.

				Don do you have that one? It would be interesting to know where the 250 Armamex Ruger "Pistolas" went. I remember reading that there were 200 RST4's and 50 RST6's. Were the RST6's 6 or 6.5 inch barrels? I read 6.5 in John Dougan's book Ruger Pistols and Revolvers, The Vintage Years.

				I just happened to be going through some old RCA Journals and ran across an article on the Armamex Automatics by Don Findley and here he is again educating us on them. The article is in the 1988 Volume 12 No. 4, thanks again Don.

				Those Ruger Armamex pistols are RST6s (6 inch barrels). Very rare. The High Standards are even rarer.

				I was looking up info on these high standards , I through a bid out on one a week or so ago and won it Quite reasonably, I Feel !  The ser # is 274 last 3 digits with everything else being the same markings  so 98 pistols apart I wonder if there was 100 of them? David K
