Received Letter of Authenticity Today

I posted previously that I had bought a used single-six .22LR and it unknowing came with just the magnum cylinder. With a serial of 416XXX I was sure it was a convertible and sent off for the “Letter of Authenticity” just to confirm.
Well, I received my “Authentication Letter” for the Single-Six today. Turns out it is a convertible. It was produced in December 1966. It is designated as model RSSMX chambered in both .22 Long Rifle and .22 W.M.R. It was shipped to American Wholesale Hardware Company in Long Beach, CA in December 1966.
Glad to know it’s origins and exact age. Total time from the day I mailed the check, until I received the LOA was 33 days. Not too bad.
