Good pickup Rick, I think you're dead on othe timeline and I know there is three different of the hat pins. I have seen the money clip and one of the keychains before but not the other items. Have you seen them before you got this set?

Terry yes it is. Sad part is no marking on who made them. There was a hat pin years ago same design but this set has different sizes of logo. It is a interesting set.

I remember some pieces like that coming from Ray Morgan at the time, this would have been early to mid 1980's. Not sure if he started making them or not.
