Is there a book out there that continues on where Workman’s book (‘64-93) leaves off?

To my knowledge that's it as far as a comprehensive study on historical data and differences between them. As I'm sure you know there's books based on modifications but not the kind of information I'm into. I sure would buy one if someone put out one on post 1994, Ruger has offered a lot of versions of the 10/22 since then and a lot of distributor exclusives.

I also wish for new reference books on the NM revolvers like Dougan, and a new No. 1 book where Clayton left off.

You’re right about that. I would buy one as well.

Workman's book has gotten pretty expensive at $120 for new examples on the net. I snagged a nice used copy on eBay for $50.
