Went to a local auction where 3 Rugers were advertised. Ended up with two of them. Maybe should have bid a little higher on the one but I think it went too high - you tell me and I'll slap myself if I was wrong
About 2 hours into the auction I got a 1979 Security Six, 6", blue, .357 mag 154-7166x - 1979 (with the small serial number digits) . Had Pachmayr Presentations on it so I pulled them and put these on. I got it for $440.
Then an hour later a KS410N Stainless Super Blackhawk 10 1/2" .44 Mag (s/n 84-85697 - 1983) came up. Price dropped to $500 before bidding started. I stayed in until $800 and it ended up selling for $1225.
Another hour wait and a KBN36 came up. 6 1/2", Blue, .357 Mag (s/n 37-6707x - 2000), vey good condition, plastic box with all the papers. I ended up getting it for $460.
So over all I think I did ok, $900 for 2 nice Rugers. Guys, the DA guy is up to 17 SA's now

Ron, you need to go buy a lottery ticket, two great additions to the stable.

Very good snags, GREAT prices too! IMO
I agree on the KS410N bit high.

Two good scores at very fair prices, you did good. Agree on the 10-1/2" Super going at a price too high for me but good to see folks think that much of them too.

Eventually, I submit, the world will wake about the 10 1/2" New Model 44 mags...that is the group with the tapered barrels..........
