DISAPPOINTING 2024 Tulsa Gun Show ROCS Displays

Folks, the title says it all. I have been contacted by 6 people (plus me and my wife) who said they will be displaying their Rugers at the Tulsa show 15 days from now That is pretty disappointing.
Please, if you are going to be putting up a display at Tulsa, let Bill Hamm and I know.
If nothing else, for me to set up the judging, post here what you are going to display, what class you're in (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Master)
If you are going to enter the Silver Medal competition, let me know what your firearm (or other item) is and if it was made Pre-1973 or Post-1973.
If you want your display to be shown in the ROCS Digest, send Bill Hamm a short (or long) description of your display so he can get it ready for publication.
Folks, we CAN NOT do these things without your input, we can't read minds and trying to do everything at the last minute during the show does a great disservice to all involved.
The wife and I have to leave for the show on Nov 6, so anything sent to me after Nov 5 may not get judged.
