RSS Mahogany Box

Post by JAYDAWG »

It is a privilege and an honor to be the next caretaker of the only prototype RSS mahogany box. A HUGE Thank You to Mr. Bill Hamm for passing this piece on to me.

The 85 gun looks great in it too!!

Cheers,
JAYDAWG

Way to go, Jaydawg! What a cool piece.
Bill Hamm provenance is also cool.
But No. 85 is plum super cool and it's sitting in the middle of a whole passle of interesting Sixes.

Love this pkg and it's presentation! She is a sister to the three 357 boxes we are discussing! An aside: "Where was this box living that allowed the discoloration of the cloth interior?" My one of three 357 box has no evidence of being used or open for any length of time........
