New member from Washington State, I’ve had my Father’s 3 screw Single Six 22lr that he purchased in 1957 before he went into the Navy. The original grips have been long gone but he carved his own that have stood the test of time. I recently discovered that Ruger has a program where they will replace the trigger system with a transfer bar system and I took advantage of that as well as asking Ruger to refinish dad’s ol gun. It looks amazing. Now, I want to find a set of either Pearl or Ivory maybe both, Grips. Ive been to a couple gun shows and purchased two sets of Pearl grips but neither one fits. Does anyone have any advice where I can find something for it?

Nice pistol! The size grips you will need are the original XR3 (not XR3-RED) style grip. There is a set listed on eBay for $65 that look nice. Actually there are lots of grips there, just be sure they are the XR3 grips that will fit your ‘57 Single Six. Also you can Google (or DuckDuckGo) “ruger pearl grips” and see what comes up. I believe I seen a few other suppliers that may have them as well

Btw, I am curious if they are still returning the original parts back with the upgraded safety bar “upgrade”?
