.250 Savage in the Model 77 Ruger is a fine hunting rig.

Ruger66, .257 ST is a great favorite of mine. I have bought all I have found. I have 2 .25-06's that are Hollowbolts that are the most striking in appearance of all the Rugers I own. I had one .257ST rechambered for.257 Wby. and it is a great shooter that has accounted for numerous heads of game and countless hours afield that are all memorable. Dr.C

First class classics, all the away around! The rifle, the game and the shooter!

The shooter didn't do his best work on this one. Glad that the witnesses were very limited on this.   Dr.C

Sounds like my New Mexico Coues buck; using a Ruger No.1 single shot, my shooting was not the most stellar. I did get the job done, though. Getting the job done is about as good as old men can do.
See you in Tulsa. Haven't decided whether tho wear my hat or just try to catch you with yours laid down somewhere!
