I know it may be early for some, but if you are planning to attend and/or display it is important you make your hotel room reservations NOW!

Hotel reservations will fill up fast. Remember this is the largest gun show in the country, we advise you to make your room reservations NOW!

Please see the instructions from our Headquarters Hotel below to obtain your room at the special ROCS Discount rate.

Be sure to reserve your display tables early too. Tell them that you want your display table to be on the lower wall in the ROCS/Rugers display section. Call 918-492-0401

Our headquarters hotel is EMBASSY SUITES, 3332 S. 79th East Ave., Tulsa, OK.

Make your reservations by calling 1-800-EMBASSY and use booking code "ROC" or by asking for the "ROCS" group rate. Our special group rate for a King Bed Suite is $149.00 + tax. You must make your reservations BEFORE October 10th to get this special reduced rate.

The Embassy Suites is where we will have our Saturday night, November 8th, Awards Banquet, Auctions, and fun and games. Prepaid Tickets are $40 each or $50 paid at the show. You can pay via the SQUARE link on our Website Homepage. Click on “Dues & Dinners” and it will show you the links to pay for your Dinners and/or Dues. Or you can mail a check to address below.
