There are 14 ROCS Display Photo's on the Ruger Forum but I read that there were 16 Displays, so who's Display didn't deserve to be posted with all the others?

One more question, where is the 395 inscribed on the barrel?

A little more info is needed. What is the barrel length & what Forearm does it have Beavertail or Alex Henry?

After reviewing the numbers again I believe that they are a personal ID number of some kind. I think they could be removed & touched up to restore the rifle to nearer original factory condition. A shame it was done but not everyone looks at all firearms as collectible.

I believe they are someone's SS number, they definetly are not any Factory ID numbers
