Low back grips

I have a security six with a low back grip frame, prefix is 151, question is , are there after market grips available for this, or am I looking at something like a TYLER T GRIP? The problem I'm having is my middle finger getting rapped by the trigger guard.

My Don Hume holster accepts either but not with the fiber optic front sight(too tall). I'd like to correct myself, the holster is marked sp101 and the j frame fits in it, not sure if a j frame marked holster takes a sp'

really like a fixed sight bearcat but can't stand a gun not shooting to point of aim,is a adj sight the only way to go? already have a sp101 with a barrel not indexed properly.

Got my letter today , it's a model bkh-46, built in july 1962, shipped to the Sportsmen's Den in Bridgeport in September '62.

I would like to have the barrel fixed, front sight not quite at 12 o'clock, two clicks left just bugs me.
