Thanks! Some very nice touches were added to it. They Brought back the old sturm & ruger logo/medallion on it. I do Wish the bluing was like the old 77's though. I used a lower set of rings from a older tang safety m77 i have and put a nice glossy leupold vx3 2-7 I will try and add a few pictures.

I was lucky enough to get one. I asked 3 different dealers to try and get me one last July. One came through and had it shipped to their store in late December.

Just got a m77 RS tang safety 35 whelen that's missing the whole rear sight, screws & front blade. Im assuming this would work for it. You happen to have any pictures of it?

I just got a 480 ruger & 454 casull lipsey bisley super Blackhawks. both are missing the factory grips and would like to find 2 sets. I believe they are Rose wood laminated
