First step would be to reference the serial # to determine what "type" Red Eagle you have. Two piece medallions were phased out with the Type 3's but do appear in the Type 4's. According to Chad Hiddleson's Encyclopedia, the earliest date of manufacture for those with regular bolts was July 1, 1952. The earliest s/n is 26532. The tapered ear bolts start at 27601.

Should be about $550 to $600. Depends also on the bolt type - regular or tapered ear.
