9021 is a 7 and 4009 is a 10. No proof that those are factory, but it's pretty likely.

New here, and don't know much about short Supers, except that I picked a lettered one up several years ago. Haven't seen one in real life since.
Engraving must be non-Ruger, or it would have been mentioned in the letter. Can anyone confirm?
