I think those are cheap prices for many reasons.
Walnut looks better.
Metal trigger housing,
and C&R eligible on anything 1975 & earlier.
Next year the Liberty guns will be C&R !!!!

He was a POW in Germany December 1944.

Just got a letter back on T1 Flat-Gate #1915. Made May 1954, correct timing for the serial #, but shipped January 1963 as an RSS5R, which, according to Dougan's book and RENE would be the correct model designation for a 5 1/2 inch rubber gripped gun made from 1960-1962. Updated with new found numbers. Waiting on a few factory letters to update the ship date & location on a few.
There are many without this info.

RENE says small ALCOA G was introduced Oct 1957.
I did not find anything about a date going to the wide trigger.....
