It's a Keychain, I have a couple of them, can't remember where I got them. I also have another version that's a little smaller with both Prescott and Newport and steel and titanium on it. For whatever reason it's not allowing me to attach pics at the moment, I'll see if I can add them later.

Yes, it's the 1976 Ruger calendar, it had the tear off month pages stapled. If they stay stored in the shipping tube I've seen them separate when rolled out.
