Re: A Heads-Up

Thanks for the heads up Don, I put it on my calendar so I don't forget about it. That will be, hopefully, a great show for any and all Ruger owners and collectors.

Re: ROCS/OGCA Show who all are displaying

Is everybody getting ready for the show? I put up my display to make sure I had everything I needed/wanted to show. I added a few more Six series guns to fill in some holes and reprinted some info so that people at the show can read it easier. Took it all down a couple days later after I was satisfi...

Re: Recently acquired Duplicate .357 magnum

First off, Welcome to the ROCS site, you will find a lot of knowledgeable Ruger owners and collectors who will be able to answer most if not all your questions. Your D serial number was made in 1971 according to the Reference of Ruger Firearms and is a protected sight model of the Old Model .357 Bla...

Re: What could it be?

The serial number would be of great help (OOPS  I finally saw it). Looks like it's a real early standard model, dating 1950. Looks to be in pretty darn good condition. Oh, WELCOME to the forum, hope you join ROCS as well, we're one great big happy family here who likes to talk about our Rugers...

Thanks, My bad, fixed it. Yeah, I didn't see any OM's but there were a good number of other Rugers there and I noticed many of the handguns were single lots of 2 or more guns so there might be a bargin to be had.

Re: Large Ruger Auction

Mike, try here: https://poulinantiques.hibid.com/catalo ... e-auction/

Then go to View Session One Catalog and go to page 3, I believe they start around Lot 1120, rifles at 1158.

Re: SIMPLY RUGGED HOLSTERS

I ordered two from Rob at the Tulsa show last November, one for my standard 1911's and one for a CZ75SP01 Tactical (we weren't sure if his standard one for a CZ75 would work because of the rail on my gun). He went back and had them made and the one for the Tactical fits perfectly, you can see that h...

Re: ROCS 60th ANNIVERSARY SUPER BLACKHAWK

I'd go for a special 10/22, maybe put the ROCS brassard in the stock (or have the stock laser engraved with the ROCS logo). Then maybe a GP100 :D

Ruger Catalog Numbers

Well, on my quest to get catalog numbers for all the GP100 models I sent a message to the Contact Us on the Ruger site, sent a message to Mr. Killoy from the Ask the CEO on the site and called Ruger yesterday. Had a good conversation with a customer service rep, Tina McKenna (she is in Newport) and ...

Re: Ruger Wrangler

I hear what you're sayin' Jay. I just got my ROCS SuperBlackhawk this morning so that is my 9th SA. But I did buy 4 DA's in the last 2-3 months that will fill some holes in my DA collection (3 GP100's and a low back Speed Six).
